To manage a good circulation in your pool includes more than simply filtering the water. Meaning lets all the water move into the filter and get through it. It is good to ensure that you have a good circulation of the pool water to keep your pool clean.

Besides the filter turnover, circulation must also remove “dead spots”. Dead spots accumulate algae, dirt, and debris.

Common dead spots:

  • The lower half of the pool
  • Corners and exact center
  • The more the water circulates, the better the filtration.

Each filter almost functions the same way, sand filters remove the largest particles and DE filters remove the smallest. Whatever filter you choose, make sure to run the pool filter from 8-12 hours each day.

  • Water Testing

Water testing is important to check if the pool water is in good condition. Even if the pool water looks good sometimes it does not mean it’s ok. You need to check the water at least twice a week.
